The Right Match Makes A Big Difference

As with any partnership, our relationship is one built on trust and integrity.

When you choose to work with me, I will be diligent in helping you achieve your goals and communicate openly.

My Interview Process

For our partnership to be successful, I have developed an interview process to ensure that we are comfortable with each other and ensure we are a good fit.  Generally, this process will take at least three telephone conversations.  These are the steps we will take together:

  1. We will schedule an initial call that will last up to 15 – 20 minutes.  The objective of this first call will be to get to know each other and just chat.
  2. If we decide we are a good fit for each other,  we will schedule another phone call that will last up to 60-90 minutes where we will discuss how we might want to move forward.  We will discuss our work styles, goals, standards, and values.
  3. At this point, we will have established whether we want to continue and decide to work together.  We will schedule a third phone call to create a strategy to determine rates, how I can learn your business, get trained on your systems, prioritizing the work you need to be completed and a determine a start date.

I have a Welcome Packet/Agreement that I will send to you and will need it returned to me completed before our start date.
